Chart notes
DIAMOND DEE prompted CCAN'THELPFALLIN from along the outside, shook that one off nearing the three-eighths pole, responded when challenged by BOURBON GLAZE shortly after that and proved best under strong handling. BOURBON GLAZE was forwardly placed racing three-wide, moved up to engage DIAMOND DEE nearing the quarter pole then dueled with that one from that point but unable to get by in a game effort. GOLD COAST GIRL was allowed to settle, rallied four-wide the final quarter and finished strongly. HAUGHTY KITTY saved ground chasing the pace but lacked a rally. CAN'THELPFALLIN (IRE) set the pace under pressure from DIAMOND DEE to near the three-eighths pole and weakened. OH ANGEL hopped at the start then was unhurried, came four-wide into the stretch but was unable to threaten.
