Chart notes
ANITANEWMERCEDES saved ground setting the pace under pressure from SANGER, opened clear nearing the quarter pole and maintained a safe advantage. I'M NOBLE saved ground tracking the pace, angled out to come two-wide into the stretch and finished strongly without being able to reach the winner. A SKIP IN THE PARK saved ground while being unhurried, slipped through during the drive and finished in a mild rally. SANGER prompted ANITANEWMERCEDES to the quarter pole from along the outside and weakened. BEAU MISCHIEF settled in the middle of the field racing two-wide and failed to seriously threaten. BEDROCK was four-wide on the first turn then was allowed to settle racing three-wide but failed to be a factor.
