Chart notes
EXIT TUNNEL was off a step slow, and chased four wide into the lane the first time and dueled for the lead two wide from the outside of MYGIRLLILLY entering the first turn, continued to force the issue two wide in the run down the backstretch and into the final turn, was quickly tackled by MISS LARUE through the final turn and through the lane, and was all out to prevail. MISS LARUE away alertly and tracked the dueling leaders through the first turn while racing one out from the rail, launched her bid to quickly collar the leader three wide entering the final turn, and battled with that rival through the final furlong to just miss. MAX BOOSTER broke sharply and tracked the dueling leaders through the second turn while saving ground at the rail, commenced his bid three wide entering the final turn, and closed willingly four wide in the drive to garner a share. CHABI stalked the leaders through the stretch the first time while saving ground at the rail, maintained her position in the run down the backstretch, rallied two wide through the final turn, and improved her position over the final furlong while finishing six wide in the drive. MYGIRLLILLY away well and vied for the lead from along the rail entering the second turn, set a pressured pace from the inside of EXIT TUNNEL in the run down the backside, struggled to keep pace with that rival entering the final turn, and faded over the final furlong. NOZOMI unhurried early while trailing the field through the stretch the first time, began to advance four wide midway down the backside, continued four wide into the final turn, but failed to make a late impact. BELLE JOI settled well off the early pace while racing one out from the rail through the stretch the first time, was always well back and showed little.
