Chart notes
UP FOR IT pressed the pace, bid along the rail on the turn, assumed command, drew clear and held under urging. COLONEL BOB vied between horses early, dropped back, closed along the rail and got up late for place. JUST FOR THE MONEY was never far back, advanced to the turn, bid five wide, closed steadily and was caught for second. ZANDUHOC came out at the start, set a pressured pace to the turn, dropped back, weakened in the drive and faded from contention. HAWKSTONE brushed at the start, lagged early, found his best stride late and was gaining ground. CATTIVO RAGAZZO was crowded at the start, advanced to the turn, bid four wide, was in range and didn't have enough late. ZINGALES KING brushed at the start, trailed the field, went five wide entering the stretch and lacked the needed rally. GAMBE FORTE broke out, pressed the pace to the turn, dropped back and gave way.
