Chart notes
SIPPING FIREWATER broke on top and held a slim lead over MIND YOUR MO, continued with a slim advantage at the half mile marker, cleared the lead entering the turn, came two wide into the upper stretch, remained confidently handled and pulled away. MIND YOUR MO applied pace pressure to SIPPING FIREWATER up the backstretch, remained up close around the turn, cut the corner entering the lane, sustained a steady inside bid down the lane and secured second best. CLASSIC CASH raced off the early pace, advanced into close contention at the quarter pole, ran on three wide into the lane and cleared a share. SHAKIN SPICE raced off the early pace, hustled two to three wide around the turn and failed to kick on. R N B BABY lacked speed, raced in the back, saved ground around the turn failed to move into contention. PLATINUM SUNRISE bobbled and brushed at the start but managed to be in a forward position in opening stages, sat off the top pair in the opening quarter, hustled along two wide mid-way around the turn, had no response and steadily faded.
