JUSTINQUESO broke alertly, was taken in hand to settle off the speeding pacesetter, remained in striking distance through the turn without making an early bid, rallied in upper stretch to engage the leader midway down the lane and was in command late in a determined drive. TWIRLING BEAUTY sped to the lead shortly away from the gate, set the a fast pace on a clear lead to the head of the lane, responded well digging-in gamely through the stretch, could not hold off the winner while finishing well to be a clear second best. BRINDI (IRE) unhurried early to be the trailer, commenced a bid on the turn splitting rivals, angled to the inside cutting the corner turning for home and finished with a good gain in the lane. GRADE A tracked the quick pace from four wide on the turn, was put to an early drive nearing the quarter pole and found her best stride late responding to the constant urging inside the eighth pole. GATA BRAZIL reserved off the pace to be near the rear of the field, circled seven wide turning for home with a mild bid and finished evenly lacking a late closing kick. HOLD YOUR BREATH prompted the early pace, continued to chase the pacesetter through the turn and faded in the stretch. SUNSET EXPRESS failed to menace posing no threat. MIGHTY ERIU (IRE) raced in early contention down the backside, failed to respond when called upon on the bend and gave way.
