Chart notes
SASSAFRASSNESS bumped at the start, vied for the lead along the inside, dropped back in the turn then came again from the inside and held off foe for the win. TUNED TO THE MOON rated in the five path, made a three wide bid at the quarter for a momentary lead but was no match. BRIGHTNESS trailed for most, angled towards the outside of the stretch to pass tiring foes and improve position. BLESSED CANDY vied for the lead between foes, faded in the final furlong. HIGH HEARTS bumped at the start, vied for the lead in the three path, checked at the seven sixteenths and was unable to come back. TRICKY RIVER rated in the four path, moved up to contest the lead at the quarter but quickly retreated after.
