Chart notes
MR. SWEETS was allowed to settle off pace in the opening quarter, picked up the tempo late on the turn, hustled along three wide into the upper stretch, advanced to challenge HEY in the final furlong, dug in under firm handling and edged away. HEY dueled for the lead from the onset, battled on with J DOUBLE E P into the upper stretch, briefly shook free then took on MR. SWEETS, fought back but could not go with rival late. MIRACLE MACK was a bit slow into strides soon after the start and raced off the pace, saved ground around the turn, angled out three wide entering the upper stretch and cleared a share. REMAINING NAMELESS dueled inside of rivals up the backstretch, chased around the turn and weakened in the lane. J DOUBLE E P dueled between rivals in the opening quarter, battled on with HEY into the upper stretch then came up empty in the final furlong. BOURBON WARRIOR trailed the field and jogged in.
