Chart notes
HEY BUDDY led the way up the backstretch, dueled inside of JOEWILLY down the lane, dug in gamely from the inside and and refused to be denied. JOEWILLY was forwardly placed, pressed the pace around the turn, dueled outside of HEY BUDDY down the lane, dug in gamely but got denied late. HARPER'S AFLEET got carried in and lost all momentum at the start, raced well off the pace, hustled along three wide into the lane and cleared show. KENNEDY'S CAUSE tracked the top two leaders, saved ground around the turn and faded in the lane. PARISIAN PROMISE failed to move into contention. ESTEVE drifted in at the start then ducked into the gap, lost the rider, ran loose and walked off.
