Chart notes
FLYIN'WILDNFREE away alertly and dueled for the lead one out from the rail entering the first turn, forced the issue from the outside of JUST SCARLETT in the run down the backstretch and through the final turn, took a narrow advantage in deep stretch and was all out to hold off a late surge by MISS LARUE to prevail. MISS LARUE broke sharply and stalked the dueling leaders into the backstretch while racing one out from the rail, rallied along the inside entering he final turn, and closed with renewed energy late from along the rail to just miss. JUST SCARLETT rushed up to vie for the lead from along the rail entering the first turn, continued to set a pressured pace from the inside of FLYIN'WILNFREE in the run down the backside and through the final turn, and closed determinedly two wide in the drive to just miss. KITTEN KANDY tracked the battling leaders into the backstretch while racing just out from the rail, rallied two wide through the final turn, shifted four wide entering the lane, and finished willingly late. MYGIRLLILLY away well and was allowed to settle off the early pace while racing two wide into the backstretch, commenced her bid from along the rail entering the final turn, and finished evenly two wide in the drive. NOZOMI settled towards the back of the pack while racing three wide into the backside, continued three wide entering the final turn, but lacked the needed closing response when called upon.
