Chart notes
MOTOWN DYNAMIC set the pace by a comfortable margin up the backstretch, held firm around the turn, roused for more in the upper stretch, responded willingly, pulled away and wrapped up late. FULL SPIRIT tracked the pacesetter up the backstretch, came under a ride three wide near the quarter pole, was no match for pulling away winner but ran on and finished clearly second best. RIGHT OF REFUSAL was unhurried and raced in the back, saved ground into the stretch and got a head up for show. MS. HILLARY raced in contention just off the top pair, was ridden along two to three wide around the turn, flattened in the lane and got outnodded for show. LONG MAY SHE RUN lunged at the start and came away slowly, hustled up into contention late on the backstretch, raced in range three to four wide late on the turn, flattened turning for home and failed to regain.
