Chart notes
MACHO FORTY FIVE led the way around the first turn, vied for the lead while maintaining a slight edge over QUIETLINE, battled on gamely into the lane, dug in under firm handling and held late. QUIETLINE was forwardly placed around the first turn, vied outside of MACHO FORTY FIVE up the backstretch and continued to battle into the lane, fought on gamely along the outside but could not get by the winner. ORPHAN SANDY raced four paths wide entering the first turn, stalked the pace up the backstretch, hustled along around the far turn, ran on into the lane and secured show. TOMS PROSPECTOR saved ground around the first turn, tracked the pace up the backstretch, saved ground turning for home, came under right handed pressure at the head of the lane but had no kick. MADETHEDEAN'SLIST raced in range through early stages, failed to progress under pressure around the final turn and weakened in the lane.
