Chart notes
TRUTH AND HONESTY crowded at the start, pushed through to take command, set a well rated pace, kicked away turning for home when called upon and was unthreatened in the lane while wideneing the advantage. DANEFIELD was well placed along the inside in striking distance of the leader, could not match the winner in the lane and finished willingly as second best. REJECTED AGAIN reserved early to race near the rear of the field, made a steady aadvance working through the field on the turn to be prominent in upper stretch and finished evenly unable to sustain the bid. KEYSTONE HANK unhurried to be the early trailer racing five wide, circled turning for home and mounted a mild rally in the stretch. SUMMERFEST broke outward crowding the winner, raced mid-pack on the turn, was set to an early drive on the bend giving a mild response without ever being a threat. BEAR CREEK prompted the pace for a half and weakened in the lane. HE'S ON THE FLY broke alertly to be on top, was immediately taken in hand to settle to a stalking position four wide to the turn and faded from contention on the bend.
