Chart notes
I LUCKED OUT broke well to take command from the gate, was well rated on a clear lead, responded when called upon and remained unchallenged in the lane. ADIOS BUCCANEER tracked the pacesetter from the rail, was unable to close the gap and chased the winner home finishing willingly as second best. PRINCE OF AYRSHIRE reserved in hand to be at the back of the field for three-quarters and rallied through traffic along the inside to be gaining late. UNCLE TRULY unhurried early to race in the rear portion of the field, circled five wide while being called upon early at the five-sixteenths pole and put in a mild bid in the lane. WHY NOT ME raced mid-pack throughout, was put to a drive on the turn and lacked a closing kick. I'M NO ANGEL passed tiring rivals. OUTSIDER stalked the pace from three wide to the far turn and gave way nearing the quarter pole. CLAPPING was rated off the pace for a half and lacked a response when called upon fading to the back.
