Chart notes
FORCED RANKING was forwardly placed around the first turn, stayed inside and tracked the pace up the backstretch, was confidently handled still unleashed two wide around the far turn, came three paths wide into the lane, tapped a couple times, steadily edged closer and got up in final strides. SUCCESSION was a bit keen and tugged while trying to rate around the first turn then settled off the pace in the early backstretch, picked up the tempo near the half mile marker, circled up four wide near the quarter pole, continued in aim a furlong out, briefly gained the late lead then got edged approaching the wire. ACTION SEEKER sped to the lead at the start, cleared and angled inside around the first turn, set the pace up the backstretch, vied for the lead late on the far turn, fought back gamely from the inside into the final furlong and yielded late. THAT'S SOMETHING tracked the pace through early stages, came under a ride three wide near the quarter, ran on into the upper stretch then faded in the final furlong. HOLDING PATTERN raced in the back and saved ground, swung five wide into the lane and failed to rally. CONSPIRACY FACT was off a step slow at the start then rushed up leaving the first turn to sit just off the early leader, failed to advance when called upon late on the far turn and gave way in the lane.
