Chart notes
I LOVE ROCKNSTROLL sat just off the early pace, came under a ride three wide late on the turn, sustained bid into stretch run, took over the lead near the eighth pole and finished clear. NINETEEN HUNDRED sped to the lead at the start and set the early pace, held firm around the turn, saved ground turning for home, stayed inside, got collared by the eventual winner a furlong out but ran on with response and secured second best. DAY MONEY was forwardly placed sitting just off the early leader, was shaken up two wide at the head of the lane, sustained a steady bid and prevailed for a share. SECRET BLARNEY was reserved in the back, swung five wide into the upper stretch and responded too late. BRAVO KOLT chased the top pair in opening stages, lost position around the turn, came under a drive three wide at the head of the lane and ran on evenly. FLEET OF HOOF was not too far back along the inside past the mid-way point around the turn, cut the corner entering the lane and steadily weakened.
