SO JACKSANN broke in at the start, taking the path from AUNT KENDRA, pressed the pace five-wide down the backstretch, backed off a bit on the turn, then re-bid approaching the quarter pole, put a head in front in upper stretch, then drew off when roused. KIRBYS DEWDROP broke well, vied three-deep contesting the early pace, went on STRIKETHREEYOUROUT midway through the turn, was joined by SO JACKSANN at the top of the stretch, was no match for that one late, but kept on to earn the second prize. STRIKETHREEYOUROUT contested the pace one from the rail, broke away from the pack midway on the turn with KIRBYS DEWDROP just behind, had a short lead at the top of the stretch, could not go with the winner late, and weakened. WILD GOLD RUSH broke well but was not quick enough to join the pace battle, dropped back to be well off the pace through the turn, went four-wide into the stretch, and finished with some late interest while never a serious threat. AUNT KENDRA got pinched back at the start, then was outrun and trailed far back to the stretch, kept on late, and passed a couple of tiring rivals. GIRLS A LEGACY was four-wide in the early pace battle, dropped out near the three-furlong pole, then had little to offer in the stretch. SHE'S A BOND TOO hustled from the break to be the inside horse in the early pace scramble, was first to drop out midway on the turn, tired, and was uninvolved in the later stages.
