Chart notes
LETTA'S LEGACY got impeded at the start then sped to the front, settled three wide, took charge passing the three-furlong pole, responded when roused in upper stretch, and won clear under a vigorous hand ride. MISS CODE WEST tracked four-wide just off the pace battle, ranged up five-wide at the top of the stretch, finished up willingly but could not reel in the winner while well clear of the next horse. CALEBS LADY broke on top but was soon overtaken for the lead, tracked between horses in the second flight, made a valiant late run to move into the third spot, but could not make up any ground on the top pair. KISS AND TELL broke out at the start into the path of LETTA'S LEGACY, rushed up to join the early pace battle, pushed back briefly when that rival took the lead on the turn, then weakened in mid-stretch. OKIE MAGIC was last on the backstretch but not far behind the pace in the very compact field, got an inside run through the turn, but was outfinished in the stretch. NICE NEIGHBOR raced close up to the pace along the rail, then was outrun from the three-furlong pole to the finish.
