Chart notes
RED ROMANCE sped to the lead at the start and set the pace up the backstretch, vied inside of JUSTICE ONCE around the far turn, battled on into the lane, held a slight advantage a furlong out, appeared all out but continued to battle on gamely and refused to be denied. JUSTICE ONCE was allowed to settle off the early pace, made a move near the half mile marker and quickly advanced to challenge RED ROMANCE around the far turn, dueled two wide into the lane with rival held a slight advantage, dug in and fought hard but could not get by the game winner. MY RAPHA raced in range up the backstretch, chased two wide around the far turn, weakened off the top pair in the lane but ran on and cleared the rest. EDGY LOVER raced in the back, came under a ride three to four wide around the final turn and failed to move on. FREEDOM TO SPEED was forwardly placed and tracked the leader up the backstretch, flattened along the inside around the far turn and continued to tire in the drive. DONTDRINKANDDRIVE was not far back around the first turn then weakened in the backstretch, hustled along three wide around the far turn and had no response.
