Chart notes
SMOKEN BOY set the pace in the two path, drew away passing the quarter, and stayed on in the three path down the lane to hold sway. FARLEY HALL prompted the pace in three path, lost ground around the far turn, ran on in the four path down the stretch to hold place, and bumped with an outer foe late. SPELLMAKER tracked in the two path, was driven around the far turn, angled out to the five path for the final sixteenth, kept on, but bumped with an inner foe late. GOVENOR HANK chased in the four path but faded in the five path down the stretch. ADIOS KID trailed in the three path early and never menaced. XAVI steadied between foes passing the seven-eighths pole, rated inside up the backstretch but never threatened.
