Chart notes
RIDING DOUBLE led the way around the first turn, widened advantage and set the uncontested pace up the backstretch, held firm around the turn, saved ground entering the upper stretch, given cue, responded willingly, re-gained a clear advantage and kept to task. CAVANAL broke sharp then conceded position to RIDING DOUBLE soon after, raced two wide around the first turn, sat off the top pair up the backstretch, came under a ride three wide near the quarter pole, sustained bid through the lane and cleared second best. COVERT QUALITY was forwardly placed around the first turn, stalked the leader up the backstretch, chased two wide around the far turn, kept on near the inside through the lane and held a share. COMPREHEND raced off the early pace, hustled along two wide into the upper stretch and failed to threaten. PARISIAN PROMISE raced in the back, came two wide into the lane and failed to move into contention. OUR FLAT OUT saved ground around the first turn, raced off the pace up the backstretch and had no response when called upon.
