Chart notes
YVONNE'S MISS broke well but was allowed to settle mid-pack, launched a bid from the seven-sixteenths marker to carry four-wide through the turn, responded when set down at the top of the stretch, took aim on SLAM DIEGO in the stretch, and wore down that rival in the final yards. SLAM DIEGO tracked close up four or five wide down the backstretch, moved up to join the leaders leaving the half-mile pole, swept to the lead before the quarter pole under confident handling, opened up in upper stretch but failed to last while finishing well clear of the next horse. ITSONLYMONEYHONEY chased inside in mid-pack while looking for a path away from the rail down the backstretch, got clear but finished one-paced and was outfinished. SUPERCENTS broke best, then dueled with COINMAKER from the five-furlong pole through the turn, left that rival behind leaving three-furlong pole, but went flat in the stretch and was outfinished. ROZEY CHEEKS was impeded by MORO LINGERIE and took up after the start, circled the field four wide on the turn, then went a bit flat in the stretch and could not sustain the bid. MORO LINGERIE broke out at the start and bothered ROZEY CHEEKS, settled along the rail near the back, moved out to the three-path near the three-furlong pole to launch a bid but quickly stalled out and was unable to threaten. TURA LURA raced close up to the turn, struggled to keep pace from the three-furlong pole, and had little to offer in the stretch. COINMAKER showed good speed from the start without being asked, hooked up with SUPERCENTS through the turn, then gave way after passing the three-furlong pole and tired.
