Chart notes
MAIDSTONE broke in and bumped an inner foe, set the pace in the two path, drew away under a nudge around the turn, and continued to kick away along the inside down the lane under a mild hand ride. SHE'S SPICY NOW was reluctant to load, went in without the rider, raced up close while ridden along between foes in the four path, tipped into the three path going into the turn, could not keep up with the winner, but chased on down the stretch to clearly be second best. SECRET JOURNEY stalked outside of foes in the five path, came under a ride in the four path entering the turn, floated back out to the six path at the top of the lane, but flattened. TAP AND A HUG bumped with an outer foe at the start, trailed in the five path, angled to the rail while ridden into the turn, angled back out passing the quarter, but failed to menace from the six path down the stretch. AIR FORCE SUE got fractious in the gate an broke awkwardly, tracked in the three path early before angling to the rail entering the turn, but gave way in the stretch.
