Chart notes
EYELIGHT prompted WILLING TO BURN early racing two-wide then continued to prompt NATION'S BELLE into the stretch, took the lead inside the eighth pole and proved best in a prolonged drive. DIAMOND DEE was reserved off the pace racing two-wide, came four-wide into the stretch and closed strongly. GOLD COAST GIRL was off a step slow then unhurried, came five-wide into the stretch and rallied late. WILLING TO BURN saved ground setting the early pace and weakened. NATION'S BELLE was forwardly placed racing three-wide, moved up to take a slight lead nearing the half mile pole then disputed the issue to the eighth pole and tired. IT'S SAUL RIGHT raced in the middle of the field early and gave way.
