Chart notes
DIRT ROAD RED tracked PIRATE RED early racing two-wide, took a slight lead from that one nearing the half mile, dueled for the lead from that point and was fully extended to prevail. ELEGANT BOY saved ground early while being allowed to settle, moved up three-wide nearing the quarter pole to engage DIRT ROAD RED, dueled with that one from that point and missed in a game try. SURPRSINGLYPERFECT was reserved off the pace racing five-wide, angled in nearing the three-eighth pole, came two-wide into the stretch and finished in a mild rally. DYNAMIC SECRET settled in the middle of the field racing four-wide, offered a bid nearing the quarter pole then faltered during the drive. NAVAL ESCORT raced in the ack of the field, came three-wide into the stretch then angled further out during the drive but was unable to seriously threaten. PIRATE RED saved ground setting the pace to the half mile pole, continued to dispute the issue to near the stretch and tired.
