BOLD ARCH broke sharply, and quickly took command in the run to the first turn while saving ground at the rail, raced on an uncontested lead in the run down the backstretch, held STORMY BLUE safely at bay through the final turn, and was never serious threatened late while proving best. STORMY BLUE away alertly and tracked the pacesetter into the first turn while racing one out from the rail, continued to hold his position in the run down the backside and through the final turn, and closed willingly two wide in the drive to prove second best. SET TO SHINE away well and stalked the leader into the backstretch while racing one out from the rail, maintained his position in the run down the backside, rallied two wide entering the final turn, and closed three wide in the drive to garner a share. SNAP TO IT settled at the back of a compact field while racing two wide entering the first turn, launched his bid three wide from the back of the pack entering the final turn, and finished three wide in the drive while unable to seriously threaten. SPACE stalked the leader while under snug restraint at the rail in the run to the first turn, continued to save ground through the turn and in the run down the backstretch, rallied along the inside entering the final turn, but failed to mount a late bid when called upon.
