Chart notes
CODE DUELLO shifted inside a rival up the backstretch, stalked in behind two to three wide on the turn, came out five wide turning for home, bid nearing the sixteenth pole taking a narrow lead, had to fight on outside a resilient competitor though, held that rival to get the photo. SHARP AZA TACK stalked while kept wide, moved in and nearer the leader three wide into the turn pressing that rival, was carried four wide into upper stretch, bid taking a narrow lead in mid-stretch, dueled late but was outfinished. VANCOUGAR moved forward into and on the turn outside foes three to four wide, was carried eight deep coming out of the turn and in contention, appeared to hang and not run on late. HURRICANE CLOUD (GB) unhurriedly brought up the rear from just off the rail, swung out turning for home, shifted back nearer the inside, kept on to gain late. REXFORD speed clear early, set the pace from off the rail, was hounded on the turn, drifted coming out of that bend, gave way about the eighth pole and faded. CONCORD BRIDGE was in just a bit tight in the early going, settled off the pace, went four wide on the turn coming into upper stretch seven deep, shifted in, lacked the needed late kick and evened out. HAPPY SPRINTER was outside well back of the leaders, went about five wide through the turn then seven wide into the lane and failed to menace. CARVER moved forward inside chasing the leaders, saved ground early on the turn but dropped back, floated out leaving the turn, failed to rally. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
