Chart notes
LA SCATTA reserved in hand mid-pack for the first half mile, commenced a steady bid four wide on the far turn to engage the leaders in upper stretch, took command leaving the eighth pole and pulled clear. QUILL PEN tracked the pacesetter from the inside to the final turn, rallied at the five-sixteenths pole tipping out three wide, pulled even with the leader in upper stretch vying for the lead and was outfinsihed by the winner through the lane. PATIENT FI set the pace on a clear, well rated lead to the quarter pole, responded to battle the top pair to mid-stretch and weakened in the final furlong. LITTLE MISS MUNNY unhurried to race near the rear of the field, circled turning for home, drifted wide in the stretch and mounted a mild bid in the lane. MEET IN SECRET stalked the pace to the far turn and faded. STARSHIP RADIANCE was never a threat as the trailer.
