Chart notes
CAROUSEL QUEEN trailed early, advanced wide on the turn and drew away under moderate pressure. UP N RUNNIN saved ground close up, bid three wide on the turn but proved no match for the winner. ANGEL OF HOPE led under pressure inside, was taken up tiring at the top of the stretch. DOUBLE AIRO moved close up wide down the backstretch and gave way. MARILYN M vied along the rail for half mile and stopped. LITTLE COCOA BEAN prompted the pace initial quarter mile then drifted out stopping. A claim of foul by the trainer of the third finisher against the winner for interference at the top of the stretch was dismissed.
