Chart notes
BAKBURNER broke sharply, while breaking inwards slightly and bumping with JERSEY LILLIE in the opening strides before racing to the lead and clearing to the rail entering the first turn, dictated the pace in the run down the backstretch and into the final turn, held a clear advantage into the lane, and widened her margin late while under confident handling. QUEEN OF ATTITUDE unhurried early while trailing the field into the backstretch while saving ground at the rail, launched her bid one out from the rail entering the final turn, advanced from along the rail entering the lane before shifting two wide in the lane, and closed willingly to prove clearly second best. INDYETTA stalked the leader into the backstretch while racing two out from the rail, rushed up midway down the backside to force the issue three wide approaching the final turn, continued two out from the rail through the turn, but was unable to sustain her bid in the late stages. JERSEY LILLIE away alertly, while breaking outwards in the opening strides before tracking the pacesetter one out from the rail entering the first turn, forced the issue from between rivals in the run down the backstretch and into the final turn, but faded in the late going. ANOTHERSUNNYDAY stalked the leader from along the rail entering the backstretch, held a striking position to the final turn, but failed to mount a late bid when called upon.
