Chart notes
EILEEN'S DESPERADO chased the pace along the inside down the backstretch, shifted out two wide nearing the turn, rallied to make the lead nearing the quarter pole then drew off under right handed urging. VALID CONNECTION allowed to settle, rallied through the stretch three wide and finished clear for second. RUFUS away alertly, set the pace along the inside for nearly a half mile then faded in the stretch. DIXIE MAN unhurried early, passed tiring rivals along the rail. INTERVAL with the second flight three wide, was through after a half. LEGENDARY STAR swerved at the start and was no threat. UP IN TIME had speed along the inside into the turn, stopped abruptly in upper stretch and was eased to the wire.
