Chart notes
STRIKER HAS DIAL broke well, established the front while getting some pressure to the outside from ALANI early, took command near the quarter pole, then held that rival at bay through the stretch under steady handling. ALANI dueled/stalked to the outside of STRIKER HAS DIAL to the turn, then let that rival get the first run to the stretch, chased gamely but could not get there while finishing well clear of the next horse. SUNDAY GIRL tracked behind the two leaders to the turn, then was unable to keep up late but won the battle for the third spot. DISCREET OPS settled at the back from the start, but never far back, tried to launch a bid from the three-furlong pole but was unable to improve.
