Chart notes
FLUID SITUATION pressed the pace from between rivals down the backside, dueled for the lead to mid-stretch, repelled the inside pacesetter inside the eighth pole and held the runner-up off at the line in a determined drive. SAINT GOAR stalked the pace from four wide through the turn, rallied on the outside in the lane, engaged the leader in the final furlong and was denied in a good effort. CALL ME LATER set a pressured pace from the rail down the backside, dueled on the lead with the winner to the eighth pole and weakened in the final sixteenth. KOTYLOS reserved off the pace near the rear of the field to midway on the turn, rallied circling six wide turning for home and made a steady gain down the stretch. GOTTS GOT IT in tight at the start dropping to the rear of the field and showed some interest with a late rally. MR. SQUEAKY WHEELS chased the pace from four wide into the turn and failed to respond when called upon on the bend. GAVEL tracked the leaders from three wide on the inside of rivals and flattened out turning for home.
