Chart notes
BRASS unhurried early, advanced gradually, swung three wide in the final turn, and timed the rally perfectly to get up in time. RIVER SEVEN stalked along the rail, drove up between rivals leaving the backstretch, grabbed the lead and was caught deep in the stretch. DR BROKER steadied in traffic leaving the chute, raced four wide into the first turn, advanced into contention, loomed boldly nearing the stretch, but lacked the final kick and settled for show. LENNYS ON TIME was bothered after MAXIMUM REACTION stumbled from the gate, and raced greenly. LADYACE OF SPEIGHT lugged out entering the opening turn, set the pace while four wide, and wilted. PRIMAL SPARK FORCE took back early and angled in to avoid LADYACE OF SPEIGHT, tracked the pace briefly, but gave way gradually despite encouragement. BROOKLAND was three wide into the opening turn, chased five wide, and yielded. MOON MULLINS was not a factor. MAXIMUM REACTION stumbled badly leaving the gate, and trailed throughout.
