Chart notes
LA SCALONETA pressed from outside, dueled into the far turn, put a head in front at the quarter pole, cleared at the top of the stretch, drew away under right handed urging and flagging from the left-handed crop in the last sixteenth. RYAN'S GIRL cleared quickly and crossed over to the inside, showed the way under pressure from LA SCALONETA up the backstretch, fought head to head on the far turn, lost command at the quarter pole, yielded at the top of the lane and churned on for a clear second. SEXZIE was fractious in the gate, backed out for a check from the vet and reloaded, stalked between rivals around the first turn, chased in the two path then found the rail on the second turn while losing ground, kept trying down the lane and was able to regain the show honors. VEGAS LOVE steadied between rivals into the first turn then stalked three deep, chased three then two wide on the far turn and weakened in the lane. BE A GOLDFISH checked hard behind another rival who was taking up early on the first turn, traveled along the rail into the second bend, shifted over to the two path and flattened out in the lane. CATALINA COCKTAIL unhurried outside a rival, steadied early on the clubhouse turn and moved to the three path briefly before returning to the two path, rounded the far turn three wide and failed to menace. UNBRIDLED SCHOLAR hustled from the gate, ran up on heels and checked hard early on the first turn, settled into a stalking position, dropped back next to the fence on the far turn and had little left for the drive.
