Chart notes

SILSBEE was well rated to the outside in the clear, made a three wide move to vie for command by the quarter pole and then gain a short lead, then was challenged to her outside nearing the three sixteenths by ONE LAST KNOCK and repelled that bid gamely and slowly edged clear in the furlong grounds to prove best under crop urging. ONE LAST KNOCK was well rated early on the inside and drafting behind the dueling leaders, eased out on the turn and made a four wide bid following the winners move by the quarter pole, went on even terms for command leaving the three sixteenths but was turned back and out-finished in the final furlong and had to settle for second best in a good effort. MISS BOURBON was reserved early and moved to the inside, saved ground on the turn and moved out nearing the bend and swung out five wide leaving the turn and was along for the show award. ALPINE GIANT dueled for the early lead on the inside, fell back on the turn and moved out to be three wide off the bend, angled out and was out-kicked for the show award. TURRIGA dueled for the early lead to the outside and was three wide entering the turn, made a two wide bid to shake clear briefly on the turn and then was headed by the winner nearing the quarter pole and weakened in the drive.
