Chart notes

WILD WARRIOR was off slowly then tucked in behind the early speed, moved up three-wide in the run down the backstretch, always traveling well, launched a four-wide bid from the five-sixteenths marker, gained the advantage by mid-stretch, and went clear under steady handling. LET'S GO LANDO dueled inside of a rival to the far turn, then battled back when confronted by challengers near the quarter pole, kept on well to best the others for the place while unable to go with the winner in the final yards. SIOUX EMPIRE settled on the rail in a tracking position behind the dueling leaders, was boxed in through the far turn, then tried to make a bid up the rail in the stretch, altered course to the three-path in mid-stretch but was too late to threaten. RAGING CAJUN got caught three-wide into the first turn, then settled in that path racing in the middle of the compact field, made a forward move on the far turn to bid 3-wide for the lead approaching the top of the stretch, but could not sustain the bid and flatted out by mid-stretch. FIRST OFFICER dueled outside of LET'S GO LANDO to the far turn, then weakened when confronted by an additional pair of rivals near the quarter pole. MARCAN LOVE settled at the back of the field, trailed throughout, and never threatened.
