Chart notes
LITTLE SASS prompted the pace racing four-wide, gained a slight lead nearing the eighth pole and edged clear late. FAST N HAPPY was off a step slow then raced in the back of the field, rallied six-wide into the stretch and finished fast. DIXIE PENNY vied for the lead from between horses while racing two-wide, responded during the drive and held on gamely to the wire. PRANCIPANTS was allowed to settle, rallied along the inside entering the stretch, offered a bid nearing the eighth pole but lacked the needed late response. INTO GOLDEN ROAD was reserved off the pace, rallied five-wide into the stretch and then went evenly late. HOOTIE HOOT disputed the early pace racing three-wide and weakened during the drive. TINA'S TAPIZAR was unhurried early, rallied three-wide into the stretch but was unable to seriously threaten. TIME BREAK vied for the early lead from along the inside for three furlongs and tired.
