Chart notes
SNEAKY FEET settled three-to-four wide, launched a bid approaching the five-sixteenths marker, produced a strong rally in the stretch, ran past the early leaders in mid-stretch, and won going away in the end. AVERYZ DAY got away well, was always prominent, seized an opening along the rail into the stretch, finished up well, but was unable to kick on with the winner in the final yards. GRAY MIKE was not asked for speed early, settled near the rear, saved ground throughout, and was kept to task late and gained third despite not changing leads through the stretch. BLACK RUSSIAN was unable to keep pace early despite the efforts of the rider, trailed the field to the turn, then ran on a bit to improve but was never a serious threat. KUZ I CAN MAN pressed the pace three-wide then flattened out in the stretch. WW BEST OF TIMES veered out at the start, then overcorrected the other way and made some contact with SNEAKY FEET about a half-furlong from the gate, moved up heading into the turn, bid for the lead at the top of the stretch, lugged in, and faltered. KISS MY CHARMS was sent from the break and made the early lead with several in close pursuit, led the way through the turn under mild coaxing, was overtaken in upper stretch, and tired in the late stages.
