Chart notes
PRINCESS HALIME sent to vie for the early lead, took command into the first turn, set a modest pace while well handled up the backstretch, showed the way to the quarter marker then drifted out to upper stretch, kicked clear to the furlong grounds, drew away while kept to task to the final sixteenth and was geared down late while in hand. TALL GIRL got shuffled back a bit leaving the start and was off a step slowly, saved ground to the first turn then advanced along the rail into the backstretch, was well placed while saving ground heading to the far turn, chased PRINCESS HALIME from the inside into upper stretch, could not match strides with the winner past mid-stretch and was a clear second best. MAUREENLOVESFRANK vied for the early lead leaving the start, ceded to PRINCESS HALIME into the first turn then stalked outside of that rival into the backstretch, chased two to three wide to the far turn, was outkicked in the stretch drive and was well clear in the end for third. STATE OF GRACE settled off of the early pace while never far back, coaxed two wide to the far turn, ran in pursuit to upper stretch and lacked a late response. PEARLINTHEROUGH broke out at the start and was off a bit slowly, settled to the first turn, saved ground along the backstretch run, maintained an inside path to the quarter marker and did not offer the needed late response. FIONA settled outside of rivals into the first turn, was unhurried while widest nearing the half-mile marker, ran in pursuit three to four wide nearing the quarter marker, swung widest for the stretch drive and did not factor in the late stages.
