Chart notes
CHAMAVILLE was reserved off the pace racing two-wide, angled in nearing the pole and was up in the final sixteenth. ENGLISH DANGER was allowed to settle, rallied three-wide in to the stretch and finished strongly. SUNGLASSES (GB) chased FOREST ACCLIMATION early, took the lead from that one before going a half mile to open a clear lead and then weakened slightly in the ;late stages. FALL MOON raced in the back for the field early, came four-wide into the stretch and rallied late. HURRICAIN HUNTER saved ground while being unhurried, angled out nearing the eighth pole but was unable to seriously threaten/. FOREST ACCLAMATION saved ground setting the early pace and tired when headed. OH ANGEL reared at the start the rushed up to be forwardly placed early and gave way during the drive. THE STEWARDS CONDUCTED AN INQUIRY INTO THE START AND AFTER VIEWING THE FILMS RULED THAT THE ASSISTANT START HAD A HOLD OF THE BRIDLE WHEN OH ANGEL REARED UP AND DECLARED HIM A NON-STARTER.
