Chart notes
AMERICAN KNOW HOW stalked the leader in the early going, moved up on the outside around the final turn, rallied down the lane and was going away at the end. DOCTORED DEAL raced near the middle of the field, moved up on the inside around the final turn, made a rail bid, proved no match for the winner, but was a clear second. HAP HOT dueled on the front end, saved ground and lacked a late kick. AMERICAN XPERIMENT raced in the middle of the pack and put forth an even effort. FIESTY FIST steadied at the start, racing near the back, finished wide and was never a threat. STRONG EAGLE broke a step slow and was never close. GRAND ACADEMIC always raced near the back and showed little. PERFECT EDGE showed early speed, dropped back and trailed late.
