Chart notes
SARATOGA SLACK sprinted to the front, drove clear, saved ground around the final turn, pulled away and finished well. GOMARKGO showed early speed, forwardly placed throughout, proved no match for the winner, but was best of others. YANKEE PRINCE pressed the pace, forwardly placed throughout, finished wide and proved no match for the top two. RUN DAVID RUN lacked early speed, moved up, but was no factor. PLAYBOY ROCKET void of early speed and showed little. EL GANSITO raced within striking distance, saved ground, faded and was no threat late. DAYOFTHEWARRIOR raced within contention, dropped back and was outrun.
