Chart notes
DOUBLE SPIRIT stalked the leader in a comfortable rhythm two deep down the back stretch, upped the tempo drew even with DON'T CALL ME BABE nearing the furlong marker, kicked away with good energy through the final sixteenth. DON'T CALL ME BABE broke sharp, set the pace along the rail into the far turn, collared nearing the furlong marker, battled into the lane, no match from the sixteenth post, chased on bested the rest. PARTY QUEEN rated off the pace down the back side, quickened outside rivals leaving the quarter pole, closed in willingly for the show. AMENDMENT chased the top duo three wide down the backside, under pressure from the quarter pole, had no late kick. ELEVATED POWER saved ground tracking the leaders into the far turn, roused inside into the lane, came up empty. NEAR DARK arced off the pace and off the rail, never threatened. EMMITA slow into stride, never factored.
