Chart notes
GOTTA GUY trailed for half mile then closed strongly in the stretch to just get up in time for the dead heat. SMILE MAKER hustled to the front, dueled long way, shook loose near mid-stretch then finished on even terms. ALCHEMISM saved ground throughout, loomed a threat was in tight slightly inside the eighth pole and was out-finished. PLAY THE GRAY prompted the pace to the stretch then weakened. SNOOKIE BEAR broke slowest and chased three wide then went evenly in the lane. ATROCIOUS saved ground close up, was put to urging on the final turn and gave way.
