RECKER POINT was off a bit slow, settled off the rail, off the pace, bid three wide entering the far turn, dueled, rallied outside in the stretch run and came up second best. IN SPADES stalked three wide, chased two wide on thef ar turn, rallied mildly in the two path and earned the show award. ELOQUIST raced five wide early, pulled himself to the lead, then set the pace on the inside, dueled on the far turn and weakened. TIME TO CRUISE tracked on the inside, dropped back, chased and failed to threaten. MALIBU STAR stalked two wide, chased inside on the far turn and tired.
