Chart notes
IL VAGABUNDO set the pace from the inside and was coaxed along on the turn while being well handled, came two wide off the bend and kicked away to the furlong marker and then got tired in the final sixteenth but held sway while being all lout. EYES ON THE GROUND bumped a rival slightly shortly after the start and rushed up to chase the pace and made a two to three wide bid nearing the quarter pole, idled leaving the turn and then was gaining late but had to settle for second best. GIGLINE was settled along the outside and raced five wide on the turn, came six wide into the lane and was along for the show award. HAMDOUN fell back early despite being under a ride, then raced two to three wide on the turn while still being ridden along, came four wide off the bend but had no rally. KUKUK tracked the early pace and then fell back two wide on the turn and weakened. BETHEL ROAD was off slowly and then bumped slightly, raced on the inside but failed to menace. DOHA DESERT showed brief foot four wide and stopped.
