Chart notes
STANFORD HOLIDAY showed early speed, assumed command then was engaged by BOBBY'S GENIE and dueled inside of that foe heading into the turn, contested a solid pace to the quarter marker, battled on even terms with BOBBY'S GENIE into the stretch, repelled the game runner-up in the final sixteenth and edged away late to prove best. BOBBY'S GENIE hustled away from the start, went up and pressed the pace outside of STANFORD HOLIDAY heading to the turn, disputed the solid pace to the quarter marker then dueled on even terms into the stretch, was turned away into the final sixteenth and was clear of the rest for a game runner-up finish. CRYSTAL PROOF took back off of the contested early pace, saved ground into the turn then angled four wide into upper stretch, could not impact the top pair late but closed well in the final stages and got up in time for third. STRATOGALE was bumped from both sides at the start but away in good enough order, chased the early leaders three then two wide into the turn, got outkicked into the stretch, flattened out in the late stages and was outfinished for third in the final strides. LULA BELLA broke in at the start and bothered inner rivals, recovered and chased the pace four wide to the turn, ran in pursuit three wide to the quarter pole, could not find more into the stretch and weakened in the final sixteenth. PLEASINGLY got bumped at the start and broke a step slowly, tracked the leading pair to the turn then chased three wide nearing the quarter pole, swung four wide to upper stretch, lacked the needed response in the drive and finished evenly. BOHEMIAN JIGGLES was jostled at the start and spotted the field to begin, trailed into the turn, swung widest to upper stretch and did not rally late. GINGER IN CHARGE bumped with STANFORD HOLIDAY at the start but was away in good order, chased the early pace from the inside, lost position into the turn and did not rally in the late stages.
