Chart notes
THUNDERMUNNYBALL stumbled at the start but recovered well, ceded the front end while maintaining a tracking position three-deep down the backstretch, launched a bid from the five-sixteenths marker, came three-wide into the stretch and finished well under steady handling and urging to prevail while drifting out. SADDLE MOUNTAIN bumped and steadied a few strides from the gate, and was last early, then started a forward move from the three-furlong pole, rallied five-wide down the stretch, and just missed. AROA was near the back through the early stages, then ran on well late but came up short. RUBY'S POSSE veered in after the start and made some contact wtih SADDLE MOUNTAIN, then chased PROMISE ME BUCKS through the early stages, finished up well, but was outkicked in the late stages. PROMISE ME BUCKS broke sharply, cleared the field, then angled to the inside, got some pressure from RUBY'S POSSE early, then opened up on the turn, turned for home in command, then started to weaken before mid-stretch and was unable to close the deal in the final yards. SO WHATRO saved ground throughout, was always close up to mid-stretch, then lacked a finish. CODED KISS hopped at the start, then settled four-wide near the back and lacked a rally. CATSGOTACODE chased inside to the turn, then struggled to keep up and trailed the field to the finish.
