FRENCH ONION pressed the pace on the inside early, saved ground around the turn and drew off in the stretch. COYSTER chased the leader up the backstretch, navigated the bend from the three path and was no match for the winner in the lane but kept on to the wire. ATTILA'S BOY raced off the pace up the backstretch, saved ground around the turn and showed no kick. DIAMOND RAPPER led the way on the outside through the opening quarter, continued around the bend in the two path and faded in the stretch.
